I started Joseph A. Altmann Drywall, Inc in 1986. In 1991 I saw a need in the custom home building industry which resulted in the addition of the painting division. Since then, my company has served the chicagoland area working with custom home builders, architects, iInterior designers and homeowners on their drywall and interior/exterior painting projects. We are dedicated to timely and reliable service and have built our business on good quality work at fair and reasonable rates. We are not the cheapest, just one of the best. I stand behind our workmanship and believe our clients should pay once for quality. Over the years I have been able to establish an excellent, high end, quality team. The bulk of my employees have been with me for 10–20 years. Each member of Altmann Drywall & Painting takes pride in their work and is committed to excellence. Altmann Drywall & Painting is a fully insured company. Since 1991, our main paint supplier has been JC Licht/EPCO Paints, with products such as; Pittsburg Paints Corporation, Benjamin Moore, Cabots, Maxum and Old Masters stains, sealers, and varnishes, which again are the top of the line products which offer our clients an extensive and true color selection and wearablility.
